激光联合不同剂量干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的价值

摘　　要：目的研究尖锐湿疣患者实施二氧化碳激光联合不同剂量干扰素的临床价值。方法纳入本院2016年12月-2018年12月接收的尖锐湿疣患者120例作为研究对象,以随机表为基准,分为试验组(n=60,实施二氧化碳激光联合大剂量干扰素治疗)、对照组(n=60,实施二氧化碳激光联合小剂量干扰素治疗),对120例患者复发率、不良反应发生率、临床指标评估。结果复发率:试验组低于对照组,P<0.05。不良反应发生率:试验组高于对照组,P<0.05。临床指标:试验组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论尖锐湿疣患者实施二氧化碳激光联合大剂量干扰素的临床价值显著,优势较小剂量干扰素明显,可明显降低临床复发率。Objective To study the clinical value of carbon dioxide laser combined with different doses of interferon in patients with condyloma acuminatum.Methods Patients with condyloma acuminata(n=120)received in our hospital(December 2016 to December 2018)were included in the study.They were divided into experimental groups based on a random table(n=60,implementing CO2 laser combined with large Dose interferon treatment),control group(n=60,implementation of carbon dioxide laser combined with low-dose interferon therapy),120 patients with recurrence rate,adverse reaction rate,clinical indicators.Results Recurrence rate:the experimental group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions:the experimental group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Clinical indicators:The experimental group was superior to the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical value of carbon dioxide laser combined with high-dose interferon in patients with condyloma acuminata is significant.The advantage of small dose of interferon is obvious,which can significantly reduce the clinical recurrence rate.
