摘  要:针对集装箱船大型化所面临的诸多问题,本文就超大型集装箱船支撑式横舱壁处的过渡结构进行疲劳强度研究。以1艘12200 TEU集装箱船为例,利用MSC.Patran进行有限元建模,采用疲劳分析软件MSC.Fatigue进行载荷自动加载,应用简化应力分析法分别对3种不同结构形式进行疲劳强度的计算,求得了每种结构形式在热点处的累计损伤度和疲劳寿命,并进行比对分析,得到了一种相对更为优秀的结构形式。In view of the many problems faced by container ship large-scale,this paper studies the fatigue strength of the transition structure at the supporting transverse bulkhead of large container ships.Taking a 12200 container ship as an example,the finite element modeling was carried out by MSC.Patran,and the fatigue analysis software MSC.Fatigue was used to load the load automatically.The simplified stress analysis method was used to calculate the fatigue strength of three different structural forms.The cumulative damage degree and fatigue life of each structure at the hot spot were obtained,and the comparative analysis was carried out to obtain a relatively better structural form.
