摘 要:该试验以承德、邢台、衡水、泊头及献县等多地采摘的桑叶为材料,测定桑叶样品中的总黄酮含量,对总黄酮含量进行对比分析。结果表明:不同生长地区桑叶中总黄酮含量会有一定差异,其中含量最高的为承德地区,含量为32.65 mg/g;不同品种桑叶总黄酮含量介于22.47 mg/g^29.36 mg/g,含量最高的为桲椤桑;另外不同季节总黄酮含量也存在明显差异,春季桑叶总黄酮含量为32.65 mg/g,略高于秋季桑叶的27.22 mg/g。For the full development and utilization of flavonoids in mulberry leaves,the mulberry leaves in Chengde,Xingtai,Hengshui,Botou and Xianxian were used as materials to determine the total flavonoids content and the difference analysis of flavonoid content.The result indicated that the content of total flavonoids in mulberry leaves in different growing areas was different,and the highest content was Chengde area,the content was 32.65 mg/g.The content of total flavonoids in different varieties of mulberry leaves ranged from 22.47mg/g to 29.36 mg/g,and the highest content was poluo mulberry.In addition,there were significant differences in flavonoid content in different seasons.The total flavonoid content of mulberry leaves in spring was 32.65 mg/g,which was slightly higher than 27.22 mg/g in autumn mulberry leaves.
