地方应用型大学参与联盟建设的困难、原则与路径

摘　　要：针对高校联盟发展现状,考察和分析了地方应用型大学在参与过程中所面临的实际困难和误区,提出了未来建设中应当遵循的原则:冷静自信,有所主张;夯实基础,以不变应万变;师生至上,尊重学科规律。也提出了相应的路径:主动出击,创新性地寻求各种切实有效的合作;学会借力,千方百计补齐短板壮大实力;加强引导,充分发挥评审机制的杠杆作用。In view of the development of university alliances,this paper examines and analyzes the difficulties and misunderstandings that local applied universities face in the process of participation.It puts forward the principles that should be followed in the future construction:being calm and self-confident and having own propositions;laying a solid foundation so as to face various changes;teachers and students first as well as respecting the nature of each subject.It also proposes the corresponding paths:taking the initiative to seek all kinds of feasible and effective cooperation innovatively;learning to ask for help from others and doing everything possible to supply the gaps and build up strengths;strengthening guidance and giving full play to the leverage of the appraisement mechanism.
