摘 要:采用扫描电子显微镜-X射线能谱(SEM-EDS)及电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法对锂离子电池用镍钴锰酸锂中镍、钴、锰三元素间的摩尔比进行了测定。结果显示,在SEM-EDS测定过程中,如果将样品压成片状,选择合理的测定电压,同时对镍、钴谱线的重叠峰进行分峰拟合,以独立正态分布峰的面积换算各元素的摩尔百分比,SEM-EDS的测定结果与ICP-OES的测定结果具有较高的一致性,二者相对偏差不大于5%。镍、钴、锰三元素摩尔比的SEM-EDS测量值的相对标准偏差(n=3)不大于1%。In this paper,scanning electron microscope-energy spectrum(SEM-EDS)and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)were used to determinate the molar ratio of Ni,Co and Mn of nickel-cobalt-manganese lithium used in lithium ion battery.The results indicate that during a SEM-EDS measurement,when the sample is pressed into piece and an appropriate working voltage is selected,meanwhile the Ni-Co overlap peak is separated and use the areas of normally distributed peaks to calculate the mole ratios of the elements,then the SEM-EDS measuring results will be in good agreement with those of ICP-OES,the relative deviation between the two methods is less than 5%.The relative standard deviation(n=3)of the SEM-EDS measurements for the Ni,Co,and Mn is less than 1%.
