摘　　要：目的分析平均血小板体积(MPV)对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者术后主要不良心血管事件(MACE)的预测价值。方法选取秦皇岛市第二医院2017年1月-2018年12月间收治的300例行PCI术治疗患者作为研究对象,根据患者是否出现术后主要不良心血管事件分为MACE组及非MACE组;采用Pearson相关性检测分析各因素影响MACE发生的相关性,绘制ROC曲线分析MPV对MACE的预测价值。结果MACE组患者高血压、血糖异常、血脂异常发生率均高于非MACE组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MACE组患者MPV水平明显高于非MACE组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高血压、血糖异常及MPV与PCI治疗后MACE发生呈正相关(P<0.05);采用MPV对MACE发生情况进行预测时其敏感度为87.18%,特异度为91.57%,且ROC曲线下面积(AUC)明显高于0.9。结论MPV与PCI治疗后MACE发生密切相关,且MPV可作为预测MACE发生的指标。Objective To analyze the predictive value of mean platelet volume(MPV)for major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 300 patients who were underwent PCI in the Second Hospital of Qinhuangdao from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects,they were divided into MACE group and non-MACE group according to whether the patients had postoperative major adverse cardiovascular events.Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation of various factors affecting the occurrence of MACE,and ROC curve was poltted to analyze the predictive value of MPV for MACE.Results The incidence of hypertension,abnormal blood glucose and dyslipidemia in the MACE group were higher than those in the non-MACE group(P<0.05).The MPV level in the MACE group was significantly higher than that in the non-MACE group(P<0.05).Hypertension,abnormal blood glucose and MPV were positively correlated with MACE after PCI treatment(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of MPV for the occurrence of MACE were 87.18%and 91.57%,and the AUC was obviously above 0.9.Conclusion MPV is closely related to the occurrence of MACE after PCI,and MPV can be used as an index to predict the occurrence of MACE.
