摘　　要：少数民族贫困地区生态文明建设面临任务重、困难多、经济发展与环境保护矛盾突出等问题,迫切需要公众的积极参与。本文基于计划行为理论,结合少数民族贫困地区生态文明建设特点,深入少数民族贫困地区收集数据,构建包括公众生态文明建设意识、意愿、行为为主的结构方程模型,引入行为规范、风险感知、满意度、民族文化等变量进一步分析,探寻公众在参与生态文明建设过程中各变量之间的因果关系,从而针对少数民族贫困地区生态文明建设提出相应建议。The construction of ecological civilization in the poor areas of ethnic minorities is faced with problems such as heavy tasks,many difficulties,and outstanding contradictions between economic development and environmental protection.Based on the theory of planned behavior,combined with the characteristics of ecological civilization construction in poor areas of ethnic minorities,this paper goes deep into the minority poverty areas to collect data and constructs a model of structural equations,including public ecological civilization construction consciousness,will and behavior.Then,we further introduce and analyze the variables of behavior,risk perception,satisfaction,and national culture,so as to explore their causal relationship between them during the public’s participation in ecological civilization construction.Finally,some corresponding suggestions are put forward for the construction of ecological civilization in the poor areas of ethnic minorities.
