摘 要:某石化公司石脑油裂解炉对流室进料线在生产过程中发生腐蚀穿孔,本文通过对腐蚀形貌、腐蚀机理、防范措施,分析了石脑油裂解炉对流室进料线腐蚀泄露的主要原因是加工含硫石脑油,未注意高温硫可能对炉管进料段产生腐蚀,同时,炉管为加工轻烃变径设计,未考虑到变径后石脑油可能带来冲刷腐蚀,提出了石脑油进料线防腐的措施和建议,为类似腐蚀案例的判断提供借鉴依据。Corrosion perforation occurred in convection chamber feeding line of naphtha cracking furnace in a Petrochemical Company during production.Based on corrosion morphology,corrosion mechanism and preventive measures,the main cause of corrosion leakage in convection chamber feeding line of naphtha cracking furnace was analyzed,which was due to the processing of sulfur-containing naphtha.It was not noticed that high temperature sulfur might corrode the feeding section of furnace tube.At the same time,the furnace tube was designed to process light hydrocarbons with variable diameter.In this paper,measures and suggestions for anticorrosion of naphtha feeding line are put forward,which can provide reference for judging similar corrosion cases.
