摘  要:该国外原油储运项目在役原油储罐底板外侧阴极保护系统失效,是由于设计、施工和运行方面的多项综合因素导致,但罐底MMO网状阳极不填充焦炭的设计缺陷和MMO网状阳极导电砂层铺设不均匀的施工问题是两个主要原因,它们对储罐底板外侧阴极保护系统后续的运行、维护和整改工作带来了极大的困难。同时,储罐阴极保护系统投运后,罐内高温原油造成罐底板下导电介质电阻率变大和高液位累计运行导致的储罐底板变形问题,应该引起原油储罐阴极保护系统设计、施工和运行部门的重视。In this oversea crude oil storage and transportation project, the multinomial and comprehensive factors in design, construction and operation aspects lead to the failure of cathodic protection system for the bottom plate external of crude oil tank on active service. But the two main reasons are the design defect of no backfilling coke and the construction problem of paving electric sand layer unevenly for MMO reticular anodes under the storage tank bottom plate. They bring in nite dif culties for the subsequent operation, maintenance and recti cation of the tank bottom plate external’ s cathodic protection system. Simultaneously the design, construction and operation department of cathodic protection system for crude oil tank should pay attention to the two following issues. One is the electrical resistivity enlargement of conducting medium under the bottom plate of tank which caused by the high temperature of crude oil inside of tank and the other is the deformation of tank bottom plate which caused by the accumulated operation of high liquid level after the commissioning of crude oil tank’ s cathodic protection system.
