摘　　要：从NSA演进到SA的关键之一是5G核心网的演进,而用户数据的演进在其中承担关键作用。为解决包括携号转网场景下5G NSA非独立组网向SA独立组网演进过程中的用户数据平滑演进问题,采用多场景对比分析方法,结合真实的5G SA网络的规划、设计、部署演进经验,总结提出了一整套NSA向SA演进用户数据平滑演进方案。该方案已经在国内和国际运营商的5G SA网络中得到了很好的验证。One of the keys to the evolution from NSA to SA is the evolution of the 5G core network, and the evolution of user data management plays an important role. In order to solve the issue of the smooth evolution of user data from 5G NSA to SA including MNP scenario, this paper provides a complete set of smooth user data evolution solutions from NSA to SA based on the multi-scenario comparison analysis and the experience in planning, design and deployment of real 5G SA networks. The proposed solution has been well verified in the 5G SA networks of domestic and international operators.
