摘 要:为合理开发和保护西藏鹿蹄草种质资源,探明不同栽培条件下西藏鹿蹄草的光合特性。本研究首先对色季拉区域西坡分布的西藏鹿蹄草进行了迁地栽培,在不同栽培条件(光照/郁闭度、湿度)下成活后,应用Li-6400便携式光合仪进行了光响应特性研究,运用直角双曲线修正模型对光响应曲线进行了拟合。结果表明:(1)温室内遮荫栽培的西藏鹿蹄草利用弱光的能力强,光合能力较好,生长状况良好,在强光下光抑制明显。(2)温室外、围墙脚斜坡栽培的西藏鹿蹄草较好地适应了较强的光照,生产状况也较为良好,而枫杨1下、枫杨2下、元宝枫下郁闭度高、土壤干旱板结导致西藏鹿蹄草生长不良。结论:温室内遮荫栽培驯化野生西藏鹿蹄草是较为合适的方式。光照半阴土壤湿润的环境对露地栽培驯化西藏鹿蹄草比较好,不宜选择郁闭度高、土壤干旱板结的栽培环境。In order to develop and protect the germplasm resources of Pyrola calliantha var.tibetana,the photosynthetic characteristics of Pyrola calliantha var.tibetana under different cultivation conditions were studied.In this study,the photoresponse of Pyrola calliantha var.tibetana was firstly studied on the west slope of Serzera region by means of light/canopy density and humidity,and the photoresponse characteristics were studied by Li-6400 portable photosynthetic apparatus after surviving under different cultivation conditions(light/canopy density,humidity).The rightangle hyperbolic correction model was used to fit the light response curve.The results were as follows:(1)the ability of utilization of weak light,photosynthetic ability and growth condition of Pyrola calliantha var.tibetana cultivated under shade in greenhouse were strong,and the light suppression was obvious under strong light.(2)Outside the greenhouse and on the base of the wall foot slope,the light was inhibited obviously,but the Pyrola calliantha var.tibetana was well adapted to the strong light and the production condition was also adequate,however,the canopy density was significantly high under maple tree 1 and 2 and Acer truncatus,together with the arid soil with consolidation,caused the poor growth of the Pyrola calliantha var.tibetana.In conclusion,shading cultivation in greenhouse was an appropriate way to domesticate wild Pyrola calliantha var.tibetana.The environment with semi-shade light and moist soil was better for cultivation and domestication of Pyrola calliantha var.tibetana,and it was not suitable to choose a cultivation environment with high canopy density and dense arid soil with consolidation.
