经尿道等离子电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的分析经尿道等离子电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2019年6月江苏省新沂市铁路医院接收的45例膀胱肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(23例)与观察组(22例)。对照组接受传统开放性膀胱部分切除治疗,观察组给予经尿道等离子电切术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组手术出血量、手术耗时等均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的肉眼血尿时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组膀胱痉挛、闭孔神经反射等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道等离子电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤的临床疗效可观,且具备损伤小、安全性高、术后恢复快等优势。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transurethral plasma resection for bladder tumors.Methods Forty-five patients with bladder tumors received from Xinyi Railway Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2014 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=23)and the observation group(n=22).The control group received traditional open partial bladder resection,and the observation group received transurethral plasma resection.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the related surgical indicators,such as the amount of surgical bleeding and the operation time,were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of gross hematuria time between the two groups of patients The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the incidence of complications such as bladder spasm and obturator nerve reflex in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral plasma resection for bladder tumors has considerable clinical effects,and has the advantages of less damage,high safety,and rapid postoperative recovery.
