摘 要:研究了用硫酸从火法处理电镀污泥所得富含锌铅锡烟尘中浸出锌并富集铅、锡,考察了硫酸质量浓度、温度、浸出时间、液固体积质量比对锌浸出率的影响。结果表明:采用两段逆流酸浸工艺,在液固体积质量比3/1、温度80℃、浸出时间1h、一段浸出硫酸质量浓度30g/L、二段浸出硫酸质量浓度110g/L条件下,锌浸出率达96.44%,渣中锌质量分数降至0.91%,渣中铅、锡分别富集至20.13%和36.86%。通过锌的浸出及铅锡富集,实现了有价金属综合回收。Leaching of zinc and concentrating of lead and tin from zinc-lead-tin flue dust from electroplating sludge using sulfuric acid was investigated.The effects of sulphuric acid concentration,temperature,reaction time,liquid-to-solid ratio on leaching of zinc were examined.The results show that by two-stage adverse current leaching,under the optimal conditions of liquid-to-solid ratio of 3/1,leaching temperature of 80℃,leaching time of 1 h,initial sulphuric acid concentration of first stage 30 g/L and second stage 110 g/L,the zinc leaching rate is 96.44%.In the leaching slag,the zinc content is reduced to 0.91%,and the lead and tin are enriched to 20.13%and 36.86%,respectively.The comprehensive recovery of valuable metals realizes by leaching of zinc and enriching of lead and tin.
