摘 要:研究了粉煤灰添加适量助熔剂NaOH进行焙烧,再用浓盐酸浸出铝,考察了NaOH加入量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间及盐酸用量对铝溶出率的影响。结果表明:针对0.5g粉煤灰,在NaOH加入量5g、270℃条件下焙烧30min,之后用25mL浓盐酸浸出,铝溶出率达97%,溶出效果较好。The roasting of fly ash with NaOH as cosolvent at high temperature and dissolving aluminum using hydrochloric acid were studied.The effects of NaOH dosage,roasting temperature,roasting time and hydrochloric acid dosage on dissolution rate of aluminium were investigated.The results show that for 0.5 g fly ash,under the conditions of NaOH mass of 5 g and temperature of 270℃,roasting for 30 min,then leaching using 25 mL concentrated hydrochloric acid,the dissolving rate of aluminium reaches 97%,the leaching effect is better.
