摘 要:为了解决高速公路桥梁伸缩缝槽口裂缝问题,研究了不同组成材料对混凝土韧性和抗冲击性能的影响。研究结果表明,掺入辅助性胶凝材料和复合纤维提高了混凝土的韧性指数和冲击能,掺入辅助性胶凝材料混凝土的韧性指数增大了13%~113%,冲击能增大了-19%~84%。扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和能谱分析仪的测试结果表明,辅助性胶凝材料的掺入降低了纤维-水泥石界面过渡区Ca(OH)2和钙矾石的含量,可改善混凝土的性能。In order to solve the cracking of the expansion joint slot of the highway bridge, the effects of different compositions on the toughness and impact resistance of concrete were investigated. Test results show that the incorporation of supplementary cementitious materials improve the toughness index and impact energy of concrete. The toughness index of concrete increases by 11%~113%, and the impact energy of concrete increases by-19~84%. Concrete containing fibers has a low risk of cracking. According to the test result of scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS), the incorporation of supplementary cementitious materials reduces the content of calcium hydroxide(CH) and ettringite(AFt) in the interfacial transition zone of fiber and matrix, and improves the properties of concrete.
