皮尤研究中心信息管理实践对学术图书馆智库服务的启示

摘　　要：文章以学术图书馆与智库间的有机关联为基础,对世界顶级事实型智库"皮尤研究中心"的信息管理实践进行调研,发掘出对学术图书馆具有参考价值的内容。研究表明,皮尤研究中心已经具备了较为成熟的信息管理实践体系,其中包括掌握丰富的数据资源、拥有多种有效的信息获取渠道、构建各类数据实验室等。皮尤研究中心的经验为学术图书馆智库服务提供了如下启示:完善信息吸收模式,提升信息分析素养,加强信息资源开发与共享,拓展智库服务影响力。In conjunction with a think tank, the authors conducted a thorough investigation of such practice engaged in Pew Research Center to study characteristics of reference value in the practice of academic library. The findings indicate that the Pew Fact Tank has developed a matured information management service system that contains not only ample data resources, feasible information acquisition channels, all-inclusive data experimental laboratory, and also various information sharing models. Pew’s experience can be a learning module that helps academic libraries improve the mode of information absorption, enhance the quality of data analysis;carry out extensive information resources sharing,and promote the influence of think tank services.
