摘　　要：左束支短而粗,由双侧冠脉分支供血,不容易发生阻滞,如发生阻滞常合并器质性病理改变。心电图是左束支阻滞(LBBB)诊断及预后评价的最常用无创性检查方法。LBBB心电图的不同特征代表了不同的心脏电生理活动,其临床意义也不同,本文针对LBBB的电轴偏移、QRS波群时限、R波递增不良、碎裂宽QRS波、ST-T改变等不同心电图特征及其临床意义进行总结和探讨。The left bundle is short and thick,and the blood is supplied by the bilateral coronary branches.It is not easy to block,and if the block occurs it is often combined with organic pathological changes.Electrocardiogram is the most commonly used non-invasive method for the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of left bundle branch block(LBBB).Different characteristics of LBBB electrocardiogram represent different ECG activities,and its clinical significance is also different.This paper summarized and discussed the different characteristics and clinical significance of LBBB,such as axis deviation,QRS complex duration,Poor R-wave progression,fragmented wide QRS,and ST-T changes.
