摘　　要：周晓园教授辨治胆管癌经验丰富,认为胆管癌的病机演变不离湿热二字,主张在规范化治疗基础上根据临床辨证予以利湿退黄、清热解毒、理气化瘀等治疗,同时关注癌症患者正虚特点,寒热并用以顾护脾胃、改善症状,常选用茵陈蒿汤合平胃散作为主方,并根据患者个体差异进行加减,在提高患者生活质量、延长生存期方面获得一定疗效。列举验案1则以说明。Professor ZHOU Xiaoyuan has rich experience in the differentiation and treatment of cholangiocarcinoma. She believes that the evolution of the pathogenesis of cholangiocarcinoma can not be separated from dampness and heat. On the basis of standardized treatment,according to the differentiation of the syndrome,she advocates the treatment methods of draining dampness and eliminating icterus,clearing heat and removing toxicity,regulating qi and resolving blood stasis. At the same time,he pays attention to the characteristics of weakened body resistance of patients with cancer. In her prescriptions,cold medicine and heat medicine are used together to protect the patients’ spleen and stomach and to relieve their clinical symptoms. She often selects Yinchenhao Decoction (茵陈蒿汤) combined with Pingwei Powder (平胃散) as the primary prescription and modified it according to the individual characteristics of the patients,which can improve the life quality of the patients and prolong their survival period. One proved case was cited to illustrate the efficacy.
