茂兰自然保护区4种纵裂菌科真菌形态学特征及分子系统学研究

摘  要:初步调查了茂兰自然保护区纵裂菌科真菌的种类,建立了该科部分属的系统发育树,以了解茂兰自然保护区的纵裂菌科真菌微生物多样性,为丰富自然保护区真菌种类资源提供基础的参考资料。采用形态学与分子生物学相结合的方法,对采集的真菌标本进行分类鉴定,并根据所获得的28nrDNA部分序列片段建立了纵裂菌科的系统发育树。结果显示,共分离出12株纵裂菌科真菌,分别隶属于Hysterobrevium、Psiloglonium、Gloniopsis、Rhytidhysteron 4个不同的属,且该科基于LSU(28S)系统发育树显示Gloniopsis属具有多源性特征。In order to understand the microbial diversity of Hysteriaceae fungi in the Maolan Nature Reserve,an investigation is conducted on the species of Hysteriaceae fungi,and the phylogenetic tree of some genera was established.The collected fungal specimens were classified and identified by combining morphology and molecular biology,and the phylogenetic tree of Hysteriaceae was established based on the obtained 28nrDNA partial sequence fragments.The study shows that a total of 12 strains of hysteriaceae are isolated,belonging to 4 different genera such as Hysterobrevium,Psiloglonium,Gloniopsis and Rhytidhysteron.Furthermore,the molecular phylogeny tree shows that Gloniopsis is polyphyletic.
