摘 要:文章利用光谱BRDF理论对钛合金受高温氧化后的外观特性进行研究,为钛金属的氧化着色工作提供参考。在实验中使用管式高温炉对钛合金样品进行热处理,得到表面呈现不同颜色的样品,测量样品在可见光范围内的BRDF值。结果表明,加热氧化样品的BRDF值随着波长的增大先减小后增大,在可见光范围内存在强的吸收波段,并且强吸收峰随加热温度的升高向长波长方向移动。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)对样品进行测试,发现样品表面生成一层致密的氧化层。In this paper,the spectroscopic BRDF theory was used to study the appearance characteristics of titanium alloy after high temperature oxidation,providing reference for the oxidation coloring of titanium.In the experiment,the samples of titanium alloy were heat-treated with tube high temperature furnace,and the samples with different surface colors were obtained.We measured the BRDF value of the sample in the visible light range.The experimental results show that the heated samples show obviously light absorption,and the position of strong absorption moves to long wavelength with the increase of heating temperature.The minimum value of BRDF in the reflection direction moves to short wavelength with the increase of the incident angle,and the reflected light intensity on the surface of the sample changes as the angle of incidence increases.We used scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction analyzer(XRD)to test the sample and found that a dense oxide film was formed on the surface of the sample.
