厦门柔直工程空气处理组合机滤网清洗装置的设计与研制

摘　　要：厦门柔直换流站内组合式空气处理机组有ZK30、ZK40、ZK160三种型号,其每台机组每年的滤网更换及定期对滤网拆卸清洗的成本较高。以ZK30为对象,研制一套也适用于ZK40、ZK160型号组合式空气处理机组的滤网清洗装置,实现在机组停运状态下实现免拆卸方式对滤网进行清洗,以降低滤网更换及滤网清洗的成本,延长机组滤网的使用寿命;实现一清洗装置对多机组的过滤器清洗,提升清洗装置的利用率,实现实时免拆卸清洗,提升换流站内设备运行的可靠性。There are three types of combined air handling units in Xiamen VSC-HVDC Station:ZK30,ZK40 and ZK160.The annual cost of each unit's filter replacement and regular removal and cleaning of the filter is high.Develop a set of filter cleaning devices for ZK30,ZK40,ZK160 combined air handling units to achieve clean-free cleaning of the filter screen in the case of unit shutdown to reduce the cost of filter replacement and filter cleaning,extend the service life of the filter unit of the unit;realize a cleaning device to clean the filter of the multi-unit,improve the utilization rate of the cleaning device,realize real-time disassembly-free cleaning,and improve the reliability of equipment operation in the converter station.
