提高300MW锅炉一次风机的运行出力

摘　　要：厦门华夏国际电力发展有限公司4×300MW机组锅炉一次风机在满负荷的情况下(运行5台磨煤机,烧印尼煤),一次风机出口风压及流量达不到机组满负荷要求,经过分析得出原因为:(1)一次风机入口消音器腐蚀堵塞入口风道。(2)一次风机入口导叶卡涩,无法全开。针对以上两点主要问题,提出了对设备的相应改进措施,以提高机组的运行安全性。Under the condition of full load(running 5 coal mills and burning Indonesian coal)of the boiler primary fan of 4×300MW unit in Xiamen Huaxia International Power Development Co.,Ltd.,the outlet air pressure and flow rate of the primary fan can not meet the unit full load requirements.The reasons are as follows:(1)The primary fan inlet silencer corrodes and blocks the inlet air duct.(2)The inlet guide vane of the primary fan is stuck and cannot be fully opened.In view of the above two main problems,the corresponding improvement measures of the equipment are put forward to improve the operation safety of the unit.
