摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对64排螺旋CT增强扫描患者不良反应及生理应激情况的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年5于本院进行64排螺旋CT增强扫描患者150例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各75例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用优质护理。针对纳入研究患者扫描前后出现的不良反应、生理应激等情况,综合评价优质护理对接受64排螺旋CT增强扫描患者不良反应及生理应激情况的影响。结果观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的17.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理应激反应发生率为9.33%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理有利于降低行64排螺旋CT增强扫描患者不良反应发生率,减少生理应激反应,值得应用。Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing on adverse reactions and physiological stress in patients taking 64-slice spiral CT enhanced scan.Methods 150 patients taking 64-slice spiral CT enhanced scans at our hospital from January,2017 to May,2019 were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group quality care.The incidences of adverse reactions and physiological stress were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,and was 17.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of physiological stress response in the observation group was 9.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(24.00%),with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing is beneficial to reduce the incidences of adverse reactions and physiological stress response in patients with 64-slice spiral CT enhanced scan,so it is worthy of application.
