摘　　要：液态或粉状、小颗粒状形态的商品通过装料过程装入包装容器内,然后通过检重秤检重,为了确保商品重量达到在包装容器上标注的商品重量,同时又不过多超重,需要通过检重秤的实时测量值对装料过程进行自动控制。本文介绍了检重秤装料过程自动控制的原理、控制过程和几个应用实例。The liquid or powdery or small granular goods are loaded into the packaging container through the Filling Processes,and then checked by the checkweigher.In order to ensure that the weight of the goods reaches the commodity weight labeled on the packaging container without excessive overweight,it is necessary to automatically control of filling Processes through the real-time measurement value of the checkweigher.This paper introduces the principle,control process and several application examples about automatic control of filling Processes in checkweigher.
