摘　　要：质量认证也叫合格评定,是国际上通行的管理产品质量的有效方法。质量认证按认证的对象分为产品质量认证和质量体系认证两类;按认证的作用可分为安全认证和合格认证。产品质量认证是指依据产品标准和相应技术要求,经认证机构确认并通过颁发认证证书和认证标志来证明某一产品符合相应标准和相应技术要求的活动。众所周知,产品质量是企业生存和发展的基础,特别是衡器产品,国家有一整套严格的计量法规和标准,所以衡器产品无论是在国内销售还是出口,都要符合计量的准确性和质量的可靠性要求,特别是外贸出口,国外对进口产品都会设置贸易壁垒,因此,质量达不到要求的产品将会被拒之门外。Quality certification,also known as conformity assessment,is an effective way to manage product quality internationally.Quality certification can be divided into product quality certification and quality system certification according to the object of certification,and safety certification and qualification certification according to the role of certification.Product quality certification refers to the activity of certifying that a product meets the corresponding standards and technical requirements by issuing certification certificates and certification marks according to product standards and corresponding technical requirements.As we all know,the quality of products is the basis for the survival and development of enterprises,especially weighing apparatus products.The state has a set of strict measurement regulations and standards.Therefore,weighing apparatus products,whether sold at home or exported,must meet the accuracy of measurement and the reliability requirements of quality,especially foreign trade exports and imported products.Trade barriers will be imposed on all products,so products that fail to meet the quality requirements will be rejected.
