摘 要:大断面煤巷围岩变形控制参数设计已成为煤炭开采领域亟待解决的难点之一。根据王庄煤矿胶轮车大巷2的地质条件,采用FLAC^3D软件构建了数值计算模型,研究了不同锚杆锚索预紧力和锚杆数量对巷道围岩变形的影响规律。结果表明:锚杆、锚索预紧力分别控制在60~80 kN、200~250 kN能在围岩表面形成有效压应力带;顶板采用3根锚杆、帮部2根锚杆、锚索预紧力200 kN、锚杆预紧力60 kN的即时支护方案和顶板锚杆5根锚索3根、帮部锚杆3根锚索2根的后部跟进支护方案,能达到控制巷道变形的目标。Parameter Design of surrounding rock deformation control in big cross section gate has become one of the difficulties to be solved in the field of energy extraction.According to geological condition of the No.2 rubber-tired vehicle roadway in Wangzhuang Coal Mine,the numerical models were constructed.The influence law of different preloads on surrounding rock deformation of roadway with bolts and anchors,and the relationship between roadway surface displacement,surrounding rock failure and the change of bolt number was studied deeply.When the bolt pre-force was 60~80 kN and the cable pre-force was 200~250 kN,the effective compressive stress zone formed.By comparing the control effect of different support schemes to the surrounding rock,a reasonable scheme of immediate support(3 top bolts,2 side bolts,200 kN cable pre-force,60 kN bolt pre-force)and the back support(5 top bolts,3 top cables and 3 side bolts,2 side cables)was determined and the target of deformation control was reached.
