摘  要:针对高瓦斯、低渗煤层瓦斯预抽过程中钻孔施工困难、抽采效果不理想等问题,采用液态CO2相变致裂技术,在阳煤五矿8406底抽巷进行穿层钻孔相变致裂试验,实践表明:煤层经两次致裂后,钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度和纯量明显提高,并且瓦斯抽采衰减期得到了延长,卸压增透效果显著,为矿井的安全生产提供了可靠的技术保障。In view of the difficulties in borehole construction and unsatisfactory extraction effect in the process of gas pre-extraction in high and low permeability coal seam,the liquid CO2 phase-transition fracturing technology was used to conduct the field test of phase-transition fracturing by layer-through drilling in 8406 bed plate tunnel.The practice shows that:after two times of fracturing,the permeability of coal seam has been significantly improved,the concentration and purity of gas drainage in boreholes have been significantly increased,and the attenuation period of gas extraction has been extended,the effect of pressure relief and antireflection has been remarkable,which provides a reliable technical guarantee for the safe production of coal mine.
