右腋下小切口开胸矫治心内畸形合并动脉导管未闭患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察右腋下小切口开胸手术治疗心内畸形合并动脉导管未闭(PDA)的效果。方法回顾性分析2010-01-2017-12间对19例心内畸形合并PDA患者实施经右腋下小切口开胸手术患者的临床资料。结果本组手术均顺利完成。术中心脏停搏27~73 min,无严重并发症发生。出院前心脏彩超无动脉导管残余分流,均康复出院。随访1~8 a,患者生长发育及生活正常,心脏彩超无主动脉-肺动脉间异常分流。结论右腋下小切口开胸施行心内畸形合并PDA术,切口隐蔽美观,手术过程顺利,中远期效果好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of cardiac malformation combined with patent ductus arteriosus(PDA) repaired via right subaxillary minithoracotomy.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 19 patients with intracardiac malformations with pda undergoing thoracotomy through a small incision in the right armpit.Results All the patients were successfully operated. No serious complications occurred during cardiac arrest of 27 ≤ 73 min,. Before discharge, there was no residual shunt of ductus arteriosus in the heart color Doppler ultrasound, and all of them recovered and discharged from hospital after operation. The follow-up period was 1~8 a. The growth, development and life of the patients were normal. There was no abnormal shunt between aortic and pulmonary artery by color Doppler ultrasound.Conclusion Cardiac malformation combined with PDA was performed successfully via right subaxillary minithoracotomy, and the incision was hidden and beautiful. The effect of medium and long-term is satisfied.
