眼化学烧伤患者并发症原因分析及急救处理

摘　　要：目的探讨眼化学烧伤患者并发症发生的影响因素及其急救处理方法。方法回顾性分析2018-07至2019-07期间厦门市中医院收治的50例眼化学烧伤患者的病例资料,发生并发症的设为观察组(n=15),未发生并发症的设为对照组(n=35)。通过多因素Logistic回归模型分析眼化学烧伤患者并发症的影响因素。结果多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明,年龄≥50岁、有吸烟史、有饮酒史、IV^0眼烧伤、碱烧伤、心理状态差是影响眼化学烧伤患者的危险因素,其中IV^0眼烧伤影响最大(OR=5.230,95%CI:1.805~6.917)。结论年龄≥50岁、有吸烟史、有饮酒史、IV^0眼烧伤、碱烧伤、心理状态差均是眼化学烧伤患者发生并发症的重要因素,可对存在此临床特征的患者采取针对性措施防治并发症的发生,以提高患者的有效治愈率及其生命质量。Objective To explore the influencing factors and emergency treatment methods of complications in patients with chemical burn of eye. Methods The data of 50 cases of chemical burn of eyes treated in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients with complications were set as the observation group(n=15), and the patients without complications were set as the control group(n=35). The influencing factors of complications in patients with ocular chemical burn were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression model. Results Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that: age≥50 years old, smoking history, drinking history, IV^0 eye burn, alkali burn and poor mental state were the risk factors of ocular chemical burn, among which IV^0 eye burn had the greatest impact(OR=5.230, 95% CI: 1.805~6.917). Conclusions Age≥50 years old, smoking history, drinking history, IV^0 eye burn, alkali burn and mental state poor are risk fators of complications in patients with chemical burn of the eye. It is necessary to take targeted measures to prevent and treat complications in patients with these clinical characteristics, so as to improve the effective cure rate and quality of life of patients.
