摘 要:藏北野生牧草种子的机械化收获,可以极大地降低人工收获方式伴随的高耗能和重污染,这也是制约藏北野生牧草种子收获机械技术发展和推广应用的一个重要因素。本研究通过藏北野生牧草种子收获试验,找出了三种齿形21种的收获刀片对藏北典型野生牧草——针茅的最佳收获效率,并以此为基础进行能耗和污染物排放的计算,结果表明:与现有的人工收获方式相比,机械方式将收获效率提高到了30.4倍、能耗降低了94.82%、污染物质量排放降低了98.23%、污染物体积排放降低了99.64%,证明了机械方式收获藏北野生牧草种子的节能减排效益十分明显,为野生牧草种子收获技术的推广与示范提供技术依据。The mechanized harvesting of wild forage seeds in northern Tibet can greatly reduce the high energy consumption and heavy pollution accompanied by artificial harvesting,which is also an important factor restricting the development and application of wild forage seed harvesting machinery in northern Tibet.In this study,through the harvest experiment of wild forage seeds in northern Tibet,the best harvesting efficiency of three kinds of tooth shape and 21 kinds of harvesting blades on Stipa,a typical wild forage grass in northern Tibet,was found,and the energy consumption and pollutant emission were calculated on this basis.The results show that:compared with the existing artificial harvesting methods,Mechanical harvesting efficiency has been increased to 30.4 times,energy consumption has been reduced by 94.82%,pollutant mass emissions have been reduced by 98.23%,and pollutant volume emissions have been reduced by 99.64%.It is proved that the energy saving and emission reduction benefits of mechanical harvesting of wild forage seeds in northern Tibet are very obvious.To provide technical basis for the popularization and demonstration of wild forage seed harvesting technology.
