摘　　要：目的:通过加强我院重点监控药品的管理,从而促进临床合理用药,降低药品费用。方法:通过建立我院重点监控药品目录、开展重点监控药品处方专项点评以及加强行政监管等措施,建立重点监控药品合理使用长效管理体系,并对管控前后重点监控药品金额占药品总收入(简称重点监控药品占比)、次均药品费用等进行统计分析。结果:与管控前相比,重点监控药品占比从39.25%下降至25.66%;2018年次均药品费用与2017年相比减少437.62元,减幅8.71%。通过处方点评发现重点监控药品临床应用存在不合理现象。结论:通过加强重点监控药品管理,重点监控药品占比及次均药品费用均明显下降,能更有效地发现不合理用药问题,促进合理用药。Objective:To enhance the management of the key monitoring drugs,and eventually promote the rational drug use and reduce the drug expense in our hospital.Methods:By establishing the catalogue of key monitoring drugs,carrying out prescription comments on key monitoring drugs,and strengthening administrative supervision,long-acting and effective management system for the rational use of drugs was set up.The key monitoring drug expense and the average drug cost per time before and after supervision were statistically analyzed.Results:By management,the proportion of key monitoring drugs decreased from 39.25%to 25.66%.The average drug cost per time in 2018 was 437.62 yuan less than that in 2017,a decline of 8.71%.By prescriptions comments,the unreasonable drug usage was found.Conclusion:Strengthen the management and control of key monitoring drugs could reduce the drug expense so as to more effectively improve rational drug use.
