摘 要:燃油汽车尾气带来的环境问题已刻不容缓,以氢燃料电池汽车为代表的新能源汽车有望解决这一问题。供氢组合阀是燃料电池汽车的关键部件,储氢气瓶中的高压氢气经供氢组合阀减压后平稳地输送给燃料电池堆,本文在介绍供氢组合阀组成和功能的基础上,从氢气性质、组合阀材料、组合阀流场仿真、组合阀密封和集成化等方面详细综述与高压供氢组合阀设计密切相关的关键问题。The environmental problems caused by automobile exhaust are urgent,and new energy vehicles represented by hydrogen fuel cell vehicle are expected to solve these problems.The hydrogen supply combined valve is a key component of the fuel cell vehicle,and is mainly used to smoothly convey the high-pressure hydrogen in the hydrogen storage cylinder to the fuel cell stack after decompression.This paper first illustrates the function and components of the hydrogen supply combined valve in detail,then analyses key problems that are closely related to the design of the combined valve,including hydrogen properties,combined valve materials,valve fluid field simulation,sealing and the integration of combined valve.
