摘  要:制冷压缩机堵转会导致压缩机烧毁,为防止堵转,热保护器的选择极其关键,因此搭建了压缩机堵转测试试验平台,建立了PLC、触摸屏、RS485通信相结合的全自动控制系统。试验结果表明,堵转电流的测试可为制冷压缩机选择热保护器提供准确数据,该性能测试台对制冷压缩机保护系统的研究与开发具有参考价值。In order to prevent the compressor from burning out due to the blocking of refrigeration compressor,the selection of thermal protector is very important.Therefore,a test platform for the blocking of compressor is built,and a full-automatic control system combining PLC,touch screen and RS485 communication is established.The test results show that the test of locked rotor current can provide accurate data for the selection of thermal protector for refrigeration compressor,and the performance test-bed has reference value for the research and development of refrigeration compressor protection system.
