摘 要:对表面覆有石墨浆料的锆合金进行激光合金化处理,以此来改善Zr-4合金的表面性能。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、维氏显微硬度测试仪分析了涂层的微观形貌、物相成分及硬度变化情况。结果表明:石墨粉末在熔池中出现了显著的分解和溶解,以此形成了厚度均匀且无孔洞裂纹等缺陷的渗碳层;渗碳层中含有Zr、Sn、ZrC、ZrO2、SnO2等物相;与基材相比,渗碳层的硬度得到了明显的提升,约为基材硬度的四倍。In order to improve the surface properties of Zr-4 alloy,the surface of zirconium alloy coated with graphite slurry was treated by laser alloying.The microstructure,phase composition and hardness of the coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometry and Vickers micro-hardness tester,respectively.The results show that the graphite powder has obvious decomposition and dissolution in the molten pool,thus forming a carburized layer with uniform thickness and no cracks,holes.The carburized layer contains phases such as Zr,Sn,ZrC,ZrO2,and SnO2.The hardness of the carburized layer is significantly improved compared to the substrate,which is about four times the hardness of the substrate.
