摘  要:为了满足金属热成形设备加热过程中快速升温、均温性的控制要求,设计了基于变参数微分——跟踪控制器的控制系统,使用不同跟踪参数的微分-跟踪器,计算出热成行设备各加热区域的加热设定值轨迹点,形成温控仪温度设定轨迹点的数据库。分析了加热过程中调用不同定值轨迹的原则,给出获取温控仪PID参数的方法及调用不同PID参数的条件。最后进行加热试验,结果表明变参数微分——跟踪控制系统在加热温度范围为室温至1000℃时,具有设备加热快速,各加热区域加热过程中均温性控制精度为±10℃,具有较好的工程应用前景。In order to meet the control requirements of rapid temperature rise and uniform temperature in the heating process of metal thermoforming equipment,a control system based on variable parameter differential-tracking controller is designed.differential-tracking devices with different tracking parameters are used to calculate the heating set point trajectory points of each heating area of the heat forming equipment and form the temperature set point database of the temperature controller.The principle of calling different fixed value trajectories in the heating process is analyzed,and the method of obtaining PID parameters of temperature controller and the conditions of calling different PID parameters are given.Finally,a heating test is carried out,and the results show that the variable parameter differential-tracking control system has the advantages of rapid heating of equipment when the heating temperature range is between room temperature and 1000 DEG C,and the average temperature control accuracy in the heating process of each heating area is+/-10 DEG C,thus having a good engineering application prospect.
