摘　　要：相比研制阶段,装备产品批产阶段的制造,最重要的是要避免或减少批次质量问题,而产品质量不是靠监督检查出来的,是实干出来的。本文根据工程生产实践经验,主要阐述了复杂电子信息系统产品柔性生产线建设的思路、内容和措施。目的是顺应产业化发展趋势,确保复杂电子信息系统产品的生产快速反应、高效作业,以及低成本优质产出,提供客户顶用、管用、好用的产品。Compared with the development stage,the most important thing in the manufacturing of equipment products in the batch production stage is to avoid or reduce batch quality problems,and the quality of products is not by supervision and inspection,but by doing.This paper mainly expounds the ideas,contents and measures of flexible production line construction of complex electronic information system products.The purpose is to follow the trend of industrial development,to ensure the rapid response of production,efficient operation,reduce costs,provide customers with suitable,effective products.
