摘  要:针对准双曲面齿轮在热处理过程中存在畸变,热处理后接触区质量较差的现状,提出了一种利用主、被动齿1阶相对齿面误差分析接触区偏移的方法。通过试验研究得到主、被动齿相对螺旋角误差对接触区偏移的影响规律,并验证了接触区偏移原理的正确性。同时,利用接触区偏移原理和热处理畸变规律,在切齿阶段进行补偿热处理畸变量,得到新的切齿模型进行生产。结果表明,通过该方法能使热处理后齿面误差在标准范围内,热处理后接触区的质量也得到控制。For the hypoid gear,there is distortion in the heat treatment process,and the quality of the contact zone after heat treatment is poor.A method to analyze the contact zone offset by using the first-order rel⁃ative tooth surface error of the main tooth is proposed.Through the experimental research,the influence law of the relative helical angular error of the main tooth on the contact zone offset is obtained,and the correctness of the contact zone offset principle is verified.At the same time,the contact deformation principle and the heat treatment deformation law are used to compensate the heat treatment deformation in the cutting stage,and a new cutting tooth model is obtained for production.The results show that the tooth surface error after heat treatment is within the standard range by this method,and the quality of the contact zone after heat treatment is also con⁃trolled.
