摘 要:以超高速卷接机组纸宽调节机构为对象,研究超薄纸带的调偏机理及刚柔耦合分析方法。采用空间展平投影法,探究纸带偏移量与斜置辊间距、倾斜垫片角度的关联规律。构建超薄纸带的运动学与动力学模型,测量出纸带的关键力学性能参数弹性模量。通过将纸带离散成柔性体单元和把辊轮离散为刚体单元,建立纸宽调节机构的刚柔耦合计算模型。结果表明,计算和试验得到的输出端纸带横向偏移量较为一致。研究结果为超薄纸带调偏参数优化与高速平稳送纸提供了理论依据。Taking the ultra-high-speed cigarette making and tipping machine as object,the offset adjust⁃ment and rigid-flexible coupling analysis method of the ultra-thin paper tape is studied.By using the spatial flattening projection method,the effects of the spacing of the inclined rollers or the angle of the inclined pads on the paper tape offset is investigated.The kinematics and dynamical models of the ultra-thin paper tape are built,and the elastic modulus of the paper tape is measured.Herein,a rigid-flexible coupling model of offset adjustment mechanism is developed by dispersing the paper tape into flexible body units and the roller into rigid body units.The results show that the numerical and measured lateral offsets at the output tape are consistent.These findings can be available for the offset parameters optimization and smooth conveying of the ultra-thin pa⁃per tape.
