摘  要:针对弧面凸轮行星机构的主要构件外环面凸轮因其超环面的结构所造成的加工难度大、成本高且整机装配精度难以保证的问题,提出一种新型的鼠笼式弧面凸轮行星机构,对机构中的外环面凸轮做了结构改进。新型结构降低了外环面凸轮的加工难度,同时避免了外环面凸轮分体式结构造成的装配精度不高的问题。对鼠笼式弧面凸轮行星机构进行三维建模及运动仿真,经验证,机构运动形式正确。The globoidal cam planetary mechanism is difficult to machine,the assembly precision is diffi⁃cult to guarantee,and its manufacturing cost is high.These problems are caused by the toroidal structure of the outer annulus cam.A new type of squirrel-cage globoidal cam planetary mechanism is proposed to solve this problem.The new type of mechanism mainly improves the structure of the outer annulus cam in the mechanism.The new structure not only reduces the difficulty of machining the outer annulus cam,but also avoiding the problem that the assembly accuracy is not high due to the outer annulus cam split structure.Through the threedimensional modeling and motion simulation of squirrel-cage globoidal cam planetary mechanism,the accuracy of the mechanism movement is verified by the simulation results.
