基于护士主导的家属支持在脑膜瘤术后患者康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于护士主导的家属支持对脑膜瘤术后患者自我护理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年7月至2018年6月在本院接受脑膜瘤手术患者70例为研究对象,按时间顺序分为对照组(2017年7至12月)36例,观察组(2018年1至6月)34例。两组均给予围手术期常规护理及出院指导,观察组在此基础上联合基于护士主导的家属支持。随访3个月,采用自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评价两组患者自我护理能力,采用生活质量量表(SF-36)评价两组患者生活质量。结果两组最终完成随访各33例。干预后,观察组ESCA评分为(130.50±18.42)分,明显高于对照组(117.48±16.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组生理功能、情感职能、社会功能、总体健康评分分别为(89.32±6.15)分、(85.32±6.76)分、(87.32±5.93)分、(86.34±8.51)分,明显高于对照组(82.47±7.82)分、(77.59±7.28)分、(75.84±6.75)分、(78.56±7.83)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于护士主导的家属支持有助于提升脑膜瘤术后患者的自我护理能力,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of nurse-led family support on self-care ability and quality of life in meningioma patients after surgery.Methods 70 patients who underwent meningioma surgery in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects.According to the chronological order,the patients were divided into the control group(July to December 2017,36 cases)and the observation group(January to June 2018,34 cases).Both groups were given routine care during the perioperative period and discharge guidance,and the observation group was given nurse-led family support based on this.After 3 months of follow-up,the self-care ability of the two groups was evaluated by the Exercise of Self-Care Agency scale(ESCA),and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by the Short Form 36 health survey questionnaire(SF-36).Results 33 patients were followed up in each group.The ESCA score in the observation group[(130.50±18.42)]was significantly higher than that in the control group[(117.48±16.25)](P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,emotional function,social function,and overall health in the observation group were(89.32±6.15),(85.32±6.76),(87.32±5.93),(86.34±8.51),which were significantly higher than those in the control group[(82.47±7.82),(77.59±7.28),(75.84±6.75),(78.56±7.83)](P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse-led family support can help improve the self-care ability of patients with meningiomas and improve their quality of life.
