摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新型餐厨垃圾车动态自动称重系统的设计,对称重系统结构的重新改进,包括提升轨道、翻转机构、提升机架、称重机构、压力补偿机构和数据控制装置,实现全程无需人工操作,具有动态称重压桶力补偿结构,满足良好的动态称重性能要求,称重精度高。This paper introduces the design of a new type of dynamic automatic weighing system for kitchen garbage truck.The structure of the weighing system is improved again,including lifting track,overturning mechanism,lifting frame,weighing mechanism,pressure compensation mechanism and data control device.It realizes the whole process without manual operation and has dynamic weighing barrel force compensation structure to meet the requirements of good dynamic weighing performance.The weighing accuracy is high.
