摘 要:近年来,动态公路车辆自动衡器(WIM)在国内超载超限非现场执法中得到越来越多的应用。此类WIM系统兼顾了低速、高速称重场合而因此与国外用于非现场执法的WIM系统有所不同,以更好地适应国情。截止到2018年底,浙江省内已经建成超载超限WIM系统320余套,涉及1100条车道。但在实际应用中,仍存在不少问题。本文研究了近年来安装于超限非现场执法系统的WIM系统,对其计量性能及产生误差的主要原因进行了分析,并给出了部分建议。In recent years,WIM system has been increasingly applied in direct enforcement of overload commercial vehicles in China.This kind of WIM system is different from the system used in direct enforcement abroad.It takes into account both low-speed and high-speed dynamic weighing,which is better suitable for China's national conditions.In Zhejiang province,the number of WIM systems has reached more than 320 involving more than 1,100 pavements.But there are still some problems in the practical application.The WIM installed in recent years for direct enforcement is researched in this paper.Both the metrology performance and the causes of system errors are analyzed,and some Suggestions for improvement are also given in this paper.
