摘 要:作为电子汽车衡的核心元件,称重传感器的智能化与物联网化是当前衡器行业关注的发展方向。本文从对物联网汽车衡称重的数据联网出发,基于使用数据库中近两万台物联网汽车衡的历史数据,对物联网称重传感器生命周期及故障预警功能进行研究和总结分析,提出物联网技术背景下对称重传感器生命周期管理的新思路,并通过该研究对汽车衡系统中的传感器实时状态监测与故障诊断分析,做出物联网汽车衡传感器故障预警模型,可有效降低汽车衡的故障停用时间;利用物联网技术改善部分人为作弊(影响称重过程或改变称重结果)问题,增强了有效的数据服务管理保障。基于使用中的物联网称重产品的数据,可研究改善或优化衡器有关的产品性能,为用户提供增值服务,进而推动传统电子衡器向物联网化不断转型升级,为工业、商业向智能制造方向同步迈进。As the core component of the electronic truck scale,the intelligent and internet of things of the weighing sensor is the development direction of the current weighing industry.In this paper,the life cycle and the fault-warning function of the IoT weighing sensor are studied and analyzed based on the historical data of the vehicle scale of the internet of things,based on the data of the weighing of the internet of things.The paper puts forward a new idea of the life cycle management of the symmetric heavy sensor under the background of the internet of things technology,and through the research,the real-time state monitoring and fault diagnosis analysis of the sensors in the automobile scale system is carried out,and the fault-warning model for vehicle scale sensor of internet of things,it can effectively reduce the fault shutdown time of automobile scale;the problem of partial man-made cheating(affecting the weighing process or changing the weighing result)is improved by the internet of things technology,and the effective data service management guarantee is enhanced.Based on the data of the internetof things weighing products in use,the product performance related to the improvement or optimization of the weighing device can be researched,and the value-added service is provided for the user,so that the traditional electronic weighing device is promoted to the internet of things to be upgraded and upgraded continuously,and the industry and the commerce are in synchronization with the intelligent manufacturing direction.
