摘  要:全球页岩油资源丰富,但目前仅美国等少数国家实现页岩油商业开发。随着原位改质、原位转化开采、立体井网等技术的发展与突破,页岩油将可能成为21世纪世界油气工业的"非常规革命"。我国页岩油的高效科学勘探开发,对专业技术标准的需求更加突显;但我国页岩油标准体系的研究及相关标准的制定尚处在起步和发展阶段。在充分调研分析国内外页岩油勘探开发及标准的基础上,构建了由6个专业、28个门类、194个标准组成的标准体系,提出了急用先行、分类研究、分层次部署的制修订规划。There are abundant shale oil resources in the world, but only a few countries such as the United States have realized the commercial development of shale oil. With the development and breakthrough of technologies such as in-situ upgrading, in-situ conversion and production, and three-dimensional well pattern, shale oil will probably become an "unconventional revolution" in the world′s oil and gas industry in the 21 st century. With highly efficient and scientific exploration and development of shale oil in China, the demand for professional technical standards is more prominent. However, the research on shale oil standard system and the formulation of relevant standards in China are still in the initial stage and development stage. On the basis of full investigation and analysis of the standards for the exploration and development of shale oil at home and abroad, a standard system consisting of 6 disciplines, 28 categories and 194 standards is constructed, and and a formulation and revision plan of relevant shale oil standards is proposed according to the principle of"urgent use first, classified research and hierarchical deployment".
