摘  要:针对河南油田普通稠油区块非均质性严重导致的窜流严重、开发效果变差的问题,研究出一种柔性颗粒调剖剂。其在温度100℃、矿化度10 000 mg/L条件下,56 h后吸水膨胀可达11倍,悬浮性良好;柔性颗粒粒径为孔喉的0.7~1.6倍时具有较好的封堵能力,封堵率为90%~97.5%;室内提高采收率8.4个百分点。通过企业标准Q/SH 3135 443-2018《GCY柔性颗粒调剖剂技术要求》的制定,实现对现场用料的标准化管控,累计检测样品23批次,合格率90%。通过现场7口井试验,措施后效果显著。In view of the serious channeling and poor development effect caused by the serious heterogeneity of the ordinary heavy oil block in Henan Oilfield, a kind of flexible particle profile control agent was developed. Under the condition of temperature of 100 ℃ and salinity of 10000 mg/L, the volume expansion rate of the flexible particle profile control agent can reach 11 times after 56 hours of water absorption;it is of good suspension;when the particle size of the flexible particles is 0.7~1.6 times of pore throat size, it has good plugging ability, and its plugging rate is 90.0% ~ 97.5%;EOR is 8.4% in laboratory. Through the formulation of enterprise standard Q/SH3135 443-2018"Technical Requirements for GCY Flexible Particle Profile Control Agent", standardized control of materials used on site has been realized, and 23 batches of tested samples is of qualified rate of 90%. The field tests of 7 wells show that the profile-control effect of the flexible particle profile control agent is remarkable.
