摘 要:以电熔白刚玉、碳化硅、焦炭、树脂粉、氮化硅铁和广西白泥为主要原料,含硼添加物为炮泥的助烧剂,借助于热重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪等分析手段,探究含硼添加物加入量(添加质量分数分别为0、2%、4%和6%)对炮泥结构与性能的影响。结果表明:随着含硼添加物加入量的提高,炮泥的体积密度逐渐减小,温度不同,变化趋势不同,炮泥具有良好的抗渣性能。含硼添加物可促进炮泥烧结,使炮泥在1000℃热处理后呈现体积收缩。但由于1450℃热处理后,莫来石的形成弥补了烧结产生的收缩,对试样的线变化率、显气孔率、体积密度和耐压强度影响较大。综上,含硼添加物加入量为4%(w)时,炮泥的综合性能最佳。With white fused corundum,silicon carbide,coke,resin powder,ferro-silicon nitride and Guangxi white clay as the main raw materials and boron-containing additive as the sintering aids,the effects of the boron-containing additive addition(0,2%,4%,and 6%,by mass)on the structure and properties of the taphole clay were studied by means of TG,SEM and XRD.The results show that the bulk density decreases gradually with the increasing boron-containing additive addition;the changing trend varies at different temperatures;the taphole clay has good slag resistance;the boron-containing additive can promote the sintering of the taphole clay and make it shrink after treating at 1000℃;however,the formation of mullite compensates for the shrinkage produced by sintering after treating at 1450℃,which has a great influence on the linear change rate,the apparent porosity,the bulk density and the cold crushing strength.To sum up,the comprehensive performance of the taphole clay is optimum when 4%of boron-containing additive is added.
