摘  要:为了更加经济高效地制备含碳耐火材料防氧化用碳化硼-石墨化炭黑复合粉,按三氧化二硼和炭黑质量比为55∶45进行配料,于氩气气氛下采用微波烧结法制备了碳化硼-石墨化炭黑复合粉体。研究了烧结温度(1600、1650℃)和保温时间(0.5、1、1.2和1.5 h)对烧后粉体物相组成、石墨化程度、显微结构、氧化温度的影响。研究表明:微波烧结1600℃合成温度偏低,1650℃可以制备出碳化硼-石墨化炭黑复合粉体;随着保温时间适当延长,复合粉体中炭黑的石墨化程度提高,碳化硼晶粒发育趋于完整,粉体氧化温度提高。In order to prepare B 4C-graphitized carbon black composite powder for anti-oxidation of carbon-containing refractories economically and efficiently,the B 4C-graphitized carbon black composite powder was prepared by microwave sintering in argon atmosphere according to the mass ratio of boron trioxide to carbon black at 5545.Effects of the sintering temperature(1600 and 1650℃)and the holding time(0.5,1.0,1.2,and 1.5 h)on the phase composition,graphitization degree,microstructure,oxidation temperature of the powder after firing were investigated.The results show that the microwave sintering synthesis temperature at 1600℃is relatively low,and the B 4C-graphitized carbon black composite powder can be prepared at 1650℃;with the proper extension of the holding time,the graphitization degree of carbon black in the composite powder increases,the development of boron carbide grains tends to be complete,and the oxidation temperature of the powder increases.
