摘  要:为了深入理解焦炉用熔融石英砖在其服役期间的失效行为,将商用熔融石英砖加热到1400℃分别保温0(即不保温)、0.5、2、5、10和25 h后,均以3℃·min-1的降温速率降至室温,得到不同析晶程度的熔融石英砖,然后分析不同保温时间后熔融石英砖的结晶程度与其显微结构和物理性能的相关性。结果表明:在1400℃下,随着保温时间从0延长到25 h,热处理后熔融石英砖中方石英的含量(w)从33%逐步上升至80%;因方石英化伴随的体积变化导致了材料中微裂纹的形成,从而降低了材料的弹性模量和抗折强度。In order to better understand the failure behavior of fused quartz bricks during service in coke ovens,fused quartz bricks with different crystallization degrees were obtained by heating the commercial fused quartz bricks to 1400℃and insulating for 0,0.5,2,5,10,and 25 h,respectively,and then cooling to room temperature with 3℃·min-1.Influence of the crystallization degrees of fused quartz bricks insulated for different durations on the microstructure and the physical properties was researched.The results display that below 1400℃,with the holding time expanding from 0 to 25 h,the cristobalite content of fused quartz bricks after heat treatment gradually increases from 33%to 80%;the volume change of cristobalite leads to the formation of microcracks in the material,reducing the elastic modulus and modulus of rupture of the material.
