摘 要:对比国内外耐火泥浆荷重软化温度非示差升温法和示差升温法,以及试样粘接成型法、杵捣成型法和机压成型法,得出最合适耐火泥浆荷重软化温度的试验方法,并对比研究了不同的成型压力对耐火泥浆荷重软化温度的影响。结果表明:1、采用非示差升温法测试耐火泥浆荷重软化温度较为合适;2、试样宜用机压法成型,一般而言,成型压力为200~220 kN。同时,建议试验时测试耐火泥浆的变形点温度T 4.0,能更科学地看待T 2.0。By comparing the test methods of refractoriness under load of refractory mortar(non-differential method and differential method with rising temperature)in China and overseas,as well as the molding methods of specimens(bonding molding,pestle mashing and mechanical pressing),the most suitable test method was selected.The effects of the forming pressure on the refractoriness under load were compared and investigated.The results show that:non-differential method with rising temperature is more suitable;and mechanical pressing is more appropriate with the recommend pressure of 200-220 kN;moreover,it is recommended to test the refractoriness under load T 4.0 of refractory mortars,so that T 2.0 can be viewed more scientifically.
