校地共建共享图书馆的探索与实践——以北仑图书馆为例

摘　　要：校地共建共享图书馆是图书馆联盟的一种特殊模式,有效的运行管理模式是该类型图书馆可持续发展的关键因素。宁波职业技术学院和宁波市北仑区政府共建的北仑图书馆采取“统分结合”的运行管理模式,突破了传统管理体制的束缚,在“统分结合、资源共享、合作共赢”的原则下,探索了校地共建共享图书馆跨系统合作的有效途径,取得了良好的社会成效。同时,对北仑图书馆5年的运行管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并探讨了可持续发展的对策。The joint construction and sharing of resources between universities and local governments is a special mode of Library alliance.The Beilun Library,jointly established by the Beilun District Government of Ningbo City and the Ningbo Polytechnic,adopts the operation and management mode of“unification and integration”,breaking through the shackles of the traditional management system,and the principle of“unification,resource sharing,cooperation and win-win”.Under the circumstance,the effective ways of co-constructing and sharing library-based cross-system cooperation have been explored,and good social results have been achieved.At the same time,in the practice of 5 years,the problems in the operation and management of Beilun Library were considered,and the issue of sustainable development was discussed.
